- One Appliance Per Plan - Each plan covers one eligible new ZLINE appliance used in a residential property.
- Extended Protection - Covers eligible mechanical and electrical failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship during normal use.
- Service Options - For an approved claim, the plan administrator may arrange a repair, provide reimbursement, or replace the appliance with a product of like kind and quality.
- Service Network - In-home service may be arranged through an independent service provider when appropriate and available.
- Flexible Purchase Window - Plans may be purchased up to one year after the appliance’s original purchase date.
- Refrigeration Benefit - Eligible refrigerator and freezer plans include up to $200 in food-spoilage reimbursement for one covered claim during the plan term.
How Claims Work
- Start a claim through the ZLINE Support Portal or contact ZLINE Customer Service.
- Provide your contract number, appliance model and serial number, purchase receipt, failure date, and a description of the issue.
- ZLINE will submit the claim for validation. If approved, ZLINE and the plan administrator will coordinate the authorized repair, reimbursement, replacement, or service appointment.
Claims must be reported within 30 days of the failure and before the plan expires. Contact ZLINE before arranging or paying for repairs, as prior authorization is generally required.
Important Plan Information
- Your confirmation will identify the covered appliance, contract number, coverage dates, plan price, and any applicable service fee.
- The appliance must be purchased new, be in good working order when coverage begins, and be properly maintained and operated.
- Total benefits are generally limited to the appliance’s original purchase price, excluding taxes and installation costs.
- Product replacement is limited to one replacement per plan term. Replacement products and repair parts may not match the original model, color, or finish.
- The plan applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Not Covered: Common exclusions include accidental or cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, consumable items, installation or shipping costs, pre-existing conditions, improper use, unauthorized repairs, commercial use, and damage caused by external events. See the complete terms for all exclusions.
Cancellations: Contact ZLINE Customer Service to cancel a plan. Subject to the complete terms and applicable state law, plans cancelled within the applicable first 30-day period without a claim generally receive a full refund.
