ZLINE Showroom Policy Effective Date: 01/26/2026
ZLINE Kitchen and Bath (“ZLINE”) is committed to growing its showroom network and continuously supports and incentivizes our Dealer partners who display ZLINE products. This agreement is to ensure products are being properly used for display purposes.
Showroom products are not to be sold to customers unless expressly approved in writing by ZLINE. Any partner found selling showroom products without written authorization will be removed from ZLINE’s Showroom Map.
PURCHASING. Showroom products are offered to qualified Dealers at 50% of MAP. ZLINE requires reimbursement of 50% of the retail value under the following circumstances:
-
The Dealer does not sell a greater retail value of ZLINE products than the retail value of the showroom products within the first six (6) months.
-
ZLINE display products are not displayed for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
-
The showroom goes out of business or is closed for an extended period of time.
BENEFITS. ZLINE offers the following benefits to Dealers with approved showroom displays:
-
An additional one (1) year of manufacturer’s warranty on any new range sold (two [2] years total, covering parts and service).
-
Participation in ZLINE’s SPIFF Program (see details below).
-
Inclusion on ZLINE’s Showroom Map.
REQUIREMENTS. Showroom Dealers shall maintain the following requirements to qualify for the benefits outlined above:
-
A minimum display of four (4) products or two (2) vignettes is required to be eligible for the SPIFF Program.
-
Dealers must display products for a minimum of one (1) year, beginning on the date of installation.
-
A minimum of three (3) photographs clearly showing products or vignettes on display are required to be added to the ZLINE Showroom Map on ZLINE's website.
-
Display photos must be submitted digitally on a quarterly basis via email to the Dealer’s account manager to maintain eligibility for benefits.
-
The first round of photos must be submitted on the date of installation, after which a quarterly submission date will be established between the Dealer and account manager.
-
Products must be maintained in good condition. Product defects, issues, or damages that occur during installation or the display period must be reported to ZLINE, via the Dealer's account manager, within three (3) business days of the defect, issue, or damage occurring.
DISPLAY UPGRADE. Dealers who wish to upgrade their display product to new models may request written approval from ZLINE to sell existing display products at an Open Box discount, provided an order for the new display product has been submitted. SPIFFS will not apply to these sales.
SHOWROOM AFTERSALE WARRANTY POLICY. Dealers may sell showroom display units in order to upgrade to new units, provided the product has been on display for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
If a display unit is sold to a customer within twenty-four (24) months of the original purchase date from ZLINE, the product will be eligible for warranty coverage. The warranty will begin on the customer’s date of purchase and will follow ZLINE’s standard warranty guidelines; however, cosmetic damage is not covered, as outlined in the ZLINE Open Box and Scratch & Dent Product Warranty.
To activate the warranty, the Dealer must notify ZLINE of the sale and provide the customer’s information for registration purposes.
