Shipping Policy

ZLINE Dealer Shipping Information.              Effective: 06/05/24

Order Confirmation: The customer must provide a valid email address during the checkout process. All orders are subject to verification and approval. All approved orders will be accompanied by an email confirmation from our secure payment server. All shipped orders will be accompanied by an email confirmation including tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information.

Payment Methods: ZLINE accepts the following forms of payment: All major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express; Google Checkout; PayPal; and direct bank transfer (ACH or Wire). ZLINE does not accept personal or business checks, money orders, or COD transactions.

Credit Card Orders: The shipping address must be on file and confirmed by the credit card issuer, except for American Express orders, which must be shipped to the billing address only.

Shipping: ZLINE is responsible for shipping of all products and appliances, using major North American carriers via ground transit or truck freight. Full insurance is included in all shipments. If the order includes “FREE SHIPPING,” the product(s) will include full insurance. Tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information will be provided via email by the end of the business day (8PM EST/5PM PDT) that the order ships.

Reconsignment Fees: If a shipping address change is required after the order ships, or if the order is refused for delivery and needs to be returned to its shipping origin, the customer will be responsible for paying the following reconsignment fee(s):

  • Ground fee: $50
  • Truck freight fee: $200

ZLINE will notify the customer of reconsignment fee(s) via an email invoice, which must be paid within 30 business days using any of the payment methods outlined above.

Cancelation Policy: Orders may be canceled, at no charge to the customer, within 24 hours of receipt of the order confirmation. After 24 hours, if the customer wishes to cancel an order, they may be subject to a reconsignment fee and/or other fees.

Other Shipping Details: ZLINE only ships to the contiguous 48 United States. We may work with private parties or shipping proxies for shipments outside our normal shipping range (including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc.) if pre-arranged by the customer.
